The mental health awareness video created by Mr. Ng and the Girls Build Organization is a message intended to reach LAUSD schools and the community surrounding them. The message brought to life through PSA videos by students intends to teach students on what to do when feeling overwhelmed, sad, stressed, depressed, and more. All these feelings are validated and should be talked about with an adult who can be trusted. The videos are not only for the competition, but to help make a difference in society, to change the stigma there is around the topic of mental health, to teach everyone and provide help.
