SNAP! Meet Aliah Cruz, the ASB President, as she smiles into the camera after creating videos for what is in store next from the ASB committee, something she is very passionate about. Cruz is a Senior at MaCES who is part of the ASB Board, also a captain in cheer, who is passionate about making a difference in this school for not only the present students, but as well as the future to come. “I just want [for] everyone to have choice and comfortability,”  Cruz said.

Erick Sanchez: Social Media Maven. ASB Social Media Manager Erick Sancez, senior at Ma.C.E.S., serves the student body by actively informing them about sport, club, and school-sponsored events through the usage of social media. Aside from media duties, Sanchez is actively involved in the creation of school-sponsored events. Sanchez believes that if social media is used in the right way, he, as social media manager, would be able to persuade students to participate in more events. Previously, Sanchez participated in various extracurricular activities, with an expertise in Ma.C.E.S. Cheer. As the previous and current cheer captain, Sanchez learned to start initiatives and take on the role of responsibility. “We want to focus on student content and on the needs, wants, and interests of the MaCES students," says Sanchez.
