Melissa Crist, Editor in Chief of Content
Melissa Crist is Editor in Chief of Content for the Wolfpack Times at Ma.C.E.S. She is a senior with a high academic GPA of 4.2 and will attend Hobart and William Smith Colleges in the fall. She is also a member of the MESA Club and President for the Student Advisory Board. When she isn’t being a nerd in the classroom, you can find Melissa on the football field where she plays wide receiver for the varsity team. After being the only girl on the team last year, Melissa hopes to encourage more girls to step out of their comfort zones and join the sport that she loves most. Along with being the only girl on varsity, last year she was unanimously voted to be one of the team captains. If you cannot find her on the field, Melissa can also be found in her school’s student store where she currently works at before school and during lunch. At home, Melissa enjoys watching scary movies alongside her handsome cat, Michael, who is named after the popular character on the show “Jane the Virgin.” Currently, Melissa is working extra hard at school and is focused on pursuing a career in journalism once she graduates from high school.
